MangoGem, based in Waterloo (Belgium) is growing very fast as more and more companies worldwide adopt its products. To support this growth, MangoGem is hiring a Business Solution Manager.

Your role 

On one side, to understand industrial use cases from the point of view of production scheduling, planning and supply chain management in order to match business requirements into software solution features.

On the other side, once a solution has been design, to ensure, as DM and PM, that the solution is implemented and delivered to customers.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Analyze industrial processes, business needs, and real-world manufacturing constraints to develop decision-support models.
  • Manage projects from design to implementation, ensuring alignment with technical teams and customers.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and customers to ensure project success.
  • Optimize and validate scheduling, sequencing, and workload balancing for complex production processes.
  • Work closely with software engineers to integrate models into MES or ERP systems.
  • Conduct data-driven validation to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and robustness of scheduling models.

Your profile 
  • Education: Master’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar role within an industrial company or industrial software vendor.
  • Proven experience in project management and software solution delivery for the industrial sector.
  • Strong expertise in industrial planning, scheduling, logistics management, and manufacturingscheduling problems
  • Hands-on experience with supply chain planning, production logistics, factory automation, and real-world production constraints (lead times, resource limitations, shift planning).
  • Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and communicate with various stakeholders.
  • Mandatory knowledge of French and English
