About our Client 

Our client, a Belgium-based company, is at the forefront of revolutionizing the field of Nuclear Medicine and Medical Imaging by integrating innovative approaches that combine diagnostics and therapeutics. They specialize in providing state-of-the-art tools and ensuring the safety of pharmaceutical products in the rapidly evolving medical domain. With a strong international presence, they are currently seeking an ambitious professional to join their European Sales Team as a Territory Manager, responsible for the Belux region.

Your role 

As a Territory Manager, your primary objective will be to surpass the company's sales targets within the assigned region. This role carries significant influence and prominence, as it involves identifying potential leads, converting them into profitable sales, and delivering exceptional support to existing customers.

  • proactively approaching and visiting several hospitals, laboratories and research centres throughout the designated territory to establish meaningful relationships, maintain consistent follow-up and generate sales. 
  • Anticipating and effectively managing key milestones within the sales cycles of clients and prospects, and appropriately intervening at critical moments to ensure successful outcomes
  • Conducting sales presentations to showcase the solutions/products offered by our client.
  • Establishing and nurturing customer relationships.
  • Maintaining existing business while actively promoting new products to drive business growth.
  • Preparing bids and price quotes.
  • Consulting with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Account management responsibility for assigned customers
Your profile 
  • Solid sales experience, primarily in direct sales of medical equipment or instrumentation within hospitals and research centres. 
  • Experience in responding to tender offers and demonstrating the ability to manage long sales cycles (2 to 3 years) is a definite advantage.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Goal-oriented mindset.

​Occupational Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in outside sales and account management within the scientific instrumentation field.
  • Professional experience with laboratory equipment. Knowledge of chromatography equipment is a plus.
  • Background in scientific or medical disciplines.
  • Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English languages.
  • Flexibility for travel within the assigned territory with the ability to complete one-day trips.
